From Fire Stations to Waiter's Stations, Leaving Ladder Trucks to Oyster Shuck. Look for this event again next year! The 2nd Annual Shuck & Swallow Oyster Challenge, 3:30 p.m. Watch McCormick's chefs and Seattle firefighters team up in a 10-minute race to shuck and swallow the most oysters. Local notables will help count, so come cheer us on!

Additional fund-raising to benefit Seattle's Bravest Charity, assisting families of local fallen firefighters, comes from the following:

* 25% of oyster sales
* 100% of wine and beer sales
* Tips for lively table service from our favorite local firefighters
