Fire Chief Ale Tapping Party

Greetings Mug Clubber,
Thursday March 6 at 5:30pm Rock Bottom Seattle taps Fire Chief Ale. Fire Chief Ale is an E.S.B. (Extra Special Bitter), copper in color and dry-hopped with Nugget and Cascade hops. This particular specialty brew is one of the most popular beers of the year with both the guests and the staff.
At the tapping we will sell $2.00 cash pints of Fire Chief Ale and all of the money raised at the tapping will go to benefit Seattle’s Bravest Charity (seattlesbravest.com). Seattle’s Bravest Charity the charity organization started by and run by the Seattle firefighters. Seattle’s Bravest Charity uses funds raised to help families of fallen Seattle firefighters, people in need after loss of home and property due to fires, as well as community fire and safety education. Seattle’s Bravest Charity’s goal is to keep the money raised in the Seattle community and keep their giving local.
Additionally, $0.25 of every pint of Fire Chief E.S.B. sold March 6-30 will also be donated to Seattle’s Bravest Charity.

As an additional fundraising tool, beginning at 4:30pm, Rock Bottom Seattle will provide a “full spread food buffet” including roasted turkey, sage and walnut stuffing, white cheddar mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables and dessert. As a way of “giving thanks” to all that Seattle’s Bravest do on a daily basis, we suggest a $10 donation if you are interested in dining from the buffet. Thanks to the generosity of Sysco, Charlie’s Produce, and Fran’s Bakery; all of the proceeds from the buffet will go to benefit Seattle’s Bravest Charity.

The Fire Chief Ale event is Rock Bottom Brewery’s largest annual global event with over $1 million in donations to local firefighters’ charities since it’s inception in 1997.
Please come to the tapping event for beer, hang with Seattle’s Bravest, and have a thanks-giving dinner (that can’t be beat).

Cheers,
Josh Dalton
